Jennifer Raymond Dresden

I am an Assistant Teaching Professor and the Associate Director of the Democracy and Governance Program at Georgetown University.  My research examines the ways in which the distribution of political and military resources during civil war affects subsequent democratic practice.  My general interests also include the politics of memory in divided societies (including the United States), the dynamics of electoral authoritarianism, and international organizations’ engagement with non-state actors.
My CV is available on the “About Me” page.
